Nell and Natasha are a Mother/Daughter team with more than 35 years experience serving buyers and sellers of Toronto Real Estate. Living and working in the heart of the Riverside district (tucked between South Riverdale and Leslieville), Nell and Natasha are active contributors to the community.  Over the past 10 years their Annual Neighbourhood events have become destinations for families and meeting points for neighbours. They sponsor the Annual Eats & Beats music festival, featuring a Charity BBQ with a live band. In the fall, it's a Free Pumpkin Giveaway and Fundraiser. Fun for the entire family while at the same time lending a hand to some of our great community organizations like Nellie's, The Ralph Thornton Centre and the South-Riverdale Child-Parent Centre. Truly living and working their neighbourhood, Natasha is also active on the Riverside BIA as an Executive Board Member.

Natasha Varjacic,  Broker


Natasha has always been passionate about real estate having been involved in real estate investment and development from a young age. Her energy and enthusiasm help keep her on top of a constantly evolving market. Having completed a BBA in Entrepreneurship and a Schulich MBA in Real Estate Development and Infrastructure, Natasha is also CEO of Bridgetown Developments – a Tarion-licensed builder and real estate developer in Toronto.


With first-hand experience in property severance and development, including the process of going before the Committee of Adjustments and the OMB (Ontario Municipal Board), Natasha has the experience and know-how to guide clients through this complicated process. From the acquisition of land to the actual development and construction, and finally the marketing and sales aspect, she believes in building strong relationships with her clients - guiding and educating them so that they can make smart and informed real estate decisions.
